When I was in Graphic Design School all of my projects incorporated some sort of hand drawn element, whether it was an illustration, or typography I strove to combine my passion for design with my love of fine art and the quality of a hand drawn line. Ten years later, I have made my career making things by hand as well as digitally manipulating them into their final form. I love making things for clients but also for friends and family members as unique gifts and taking on personal projects for fun. I have always been drawn towards child centered design and am constantly inspired by children’s illustrators and unique children’s clothing lines that push the envelope with pattern and color. It has always been a dream of mine to have my own children’s line of clothes, home goods and toys. Below are a few images of things I have created for my kids, presents for friends and design ideas for clothing and home goods.
