Jack and the Ghost is a beautiful story of a meditation on grief written by musician and author Chan Poling. This project was a labor of love that spanned several years. Chan and I worked with Red Sofa Literary who got our book into the hands of the University of MN Press who then published it in 2019. Jack and the Ghost was the first book I illustrated, fulfilling a life long dream of literary illustration that has now become one of my most favorite jobs.
